How to upload the necessary docs to your customer portal, and what documents do you need.

Finally you need to upload your docs. You can wait till after your consultation call to complete this step.


The three credit bureaus require a proof of identity and address with all disputes and investigations. It also helps to have your proof of social security to make sure your name is listed correctly.


  1. You will need to scan or take a picture of the following documents.

    1. Drivers License

    2. Social Security Card

    3. Proof of Address

  2. These documents are handy to have scanned in if you are planning on buying a home. You can use a scanner or your phone to scan the documents or take a picture.

  3. From your Dashboard, select the Documents tab on the left.

  4. In the Add Document section, enter A name of your document under Title.

  5. Select the Document Type

  6. Click on Select File and choose the file

  7. Click on Save

  8. Repeat this for all of your documents.


You are done and we are ready to start the process of restoring your credit.
