If you require speaking to a Credit Repair Analyst, for compliance purposes there are few things that need to be done first. This will explain the onboarding process and what to expect.
Why can’t you speak with an analyst before going through the online process?
At Elevate My Scores we take legal compliance seriously for our clients, so we can help you with legal credit repair. Recent regulatory changes for credit repair companies state the company and the client need to have a signed, no obligations non-binding agreement for services first before speaking over the phone and any payment is taken for services. Other credit repair companies may violate these standards, but they will not be compliant with the most recent regulations and laws. BEWARE!
These following steps will walk you through how to set up your, no obligations, credit repair account with us, keeping you and Elevate My Scores in compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule, TSR for Short.
- At the top of our website, click on 'Get Started.' This will take you to our three credit plans. Choose which plan best suits you. Don't worry, you can change this later if you need to.
- Then you will receive a secure client portal activation email, with a subject line stating: ‘Thank you for signing up with us…’ In that email there will be a link to click on and activate your portal. Please do so and continue to your portal.
- Once within your secure online portal you will subscribe to a Credit monitoring service and save your login credentials inside your portal.
- After you have saved your credit monitoring credentials in your portal, we will send a credit audit report via email along with a dispute plan.
- You will receive a no obligations digital credit repair service agreement, via email, which you can cancel at any time, for you to review and sign electronically. Signing this agreement, gives us permission to speak over the phone.
- Once you have signed the agreement you will need to enter your credit card information into your secure online client portal.
- Now you will be ready to schedule your credit repair consultation appointment with us.
Remember there is NO RISK at all by signing the agreement and entering your credit card information. This is a legal TSR requirement ALL credit repair companies must follow. (BEWARE OF CREDIT REPAIR COMPANIES THAT WANT TO CHARGE YOU BEFORE ANY SERVICES ARE RENDERED AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY YOU).
With Elevate My scores you can cancel at anytime with no obligation. Your credit card will NOT be charged until you speak to a credit analyst AND you authorize any payments for services rendered. Even if you decide to move forward with us after the call and agree to pay our fees you will not be charged for 7 days. You can cancel at any time before the seven days period no questions asked. We will provide you with a Credit Audit report and Dispute Plan prior to our call and being charged anything.
